Sanctions Policy
Please note that we may verify your identity before we are able to process. We may possibly stop proceeding if we are not able to verify your identity. Government or other official identification may be required for verification.
FloraFlora may even suspend or terminate an account that violates the mentioned principles. Then, the account holder would no longer have a contractual or legal right to continue to use our services.
In addition, third-party payment processors, such as PayPal, have their own right to block transactions as part of their own compliance programs. FloraFlora have no authority or control over the independent decision-making of these service providers.
Steps of Return, Exchange and Refund
- Take pictures of the defects or damages of your purchased item or a wrong item. Together with some brief descriptions (if necessary) on the reason of your request, please send the pictures of the return item and the receipt to FloraFlora via e-mail (fa2tw2fa2@gmail.com) within 3 days upon delivery.
- Provided if the stock lasts, tell us clearly if you would like to exchange for another item, that is exactly the item with the same model number, color and size, at FloraFlora or if you would like to have a refund. This decision can be made only ONCE.
- As soon as you have received our feedback, please send the return item with the full and original packages, your contact details (i.e., your name, phone number and email address) and the photocopy of the receipt to a designated address as shown in our replied message.
- FloraFlora is a middleman between customers and manufacturers/sellers. Please be patient when waiting for our feedback on the response of the manufacturers/sellers. We will try our very best to provide with you a satisfying shopping experience at FloraFlora.
Return Costs
Please note that customers are fully responsible for the cost of return delivery. However, the cost of the delivery of the replaced item will all be on the manufacturers/sellers or FloraFlora.
Refunds
Since it is subject to cases, when you return an item, your refund amount and refund method may vary upon notification.
Note: All information on this page is relevant ONLY to items bought from or fulfilled by FloraFlora with receipts and original packages. Do not return items to FloraFlora that were bought or shipped directly to you by the manufacturers/sellers except you are informed to do so by FloraFlora.
How Refunds Are Issued
In payment: Refund will normally be done in the way of how you make your payment in that particular purchase. Please note that it may take 2 to 4 weeks altogether to process your return fully and issue your refund both on our part and your own financial institution.

*For most items, the return window is 3 days inclusive upon delivery. For example, the purchased item is delivered on 1 January 2021, then the return window lies between 1st through 3rd January 2021. In this case, no item will be considered after 3rd January 2021 regarding the return and refund issue.
