Frequently Asked Questions

  • We ONLY accept return of sold items due to the fault of manufacturers or sellers. Sorry that we do not accept the return of any item that is not due to manufacturer or seller’s error.
  • We accept most unused items sold ONLY at FloraFlora with original packages within 3 days upon delivery for a full or partial refund by case.
  • Most refunds will proceed within 7 days after we receive and process your return. It will be completed usually in about 2 to 4 weeks.
  • Yes.  If you have received a damaged or defective item, just let us know and we will send you a replacement of the exact item as long as the stock lasts in return.
